*If you have any changes to the number of people or any other requests, please contact us via the page where you made your reservation, or call UMAYA045-641-9901 by 3 PM two days prior to your reservation.

*Changes to a different course can be made up to 3 PM two days prior to your reservation.

*Regarding customers using the party plan

Cancellations made after 3 PM two days prior to the reservation date, or no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee.

If the number of attendees decreases on the day of the event, we will only charge the cost of the food (¥5,000).
